Built for the dojang, the Sprung 40mm Premium Taekwondo Mats give a deep, forgiving floor for high kicks, jumping and spinning techniques where every landing puts force back through the legs. The thick 40mm EVA foam soaks up the impact of jump kicks and falls so students can drill patterns and spar for longer with less wear on knees and ankles, while staying firm enough underfoot for fast footwork, pivots and switching stance.

The non-slip tatami-textured surface keeps bare feet planted through poomsae and sparring, and the reversible tiles let you flip the colour to suit the space. Each 1m x 1m tile is light to lift and slot together, and the edge strips peel off to switch between a clean straight border and an interlocking puzzle profile, so a home training area or a full club floor sets out in minutes and packs away just as fast.
