The Sprung 40mm Premium EVA Tatami Mats give karate and martial arts students a thick, forgiving floor to train on, cushioning falls, throws and takedowns so you can drill harder without taking it out on your joints. The textured tatami surface keeps bare feet planted for stances and footwork, while the closed-cell EVA foam stays light enough to lift, store and re-lay as you need.
Each 1m x 1m tile is dual-colour reversible in Grey & Black or Red & Blue, and the edge strips peel off to switch between a clean straight border and an interlocking puzzle profile, so a home dojo or a commercial studio can be set out in minutes and packed away just as fast.
