The Sprung Premium EVA Tatami Mats give Muay Thai and combat-sports gyms a stable, cushioned floor for padwork, clinch and ground drills. The non-slip tatami-textured surface holds your feet for solid stances and footwork, while the high-density EVA foam soaks up impact and fights fatigue through long rounds. Choose 20mm for a firmer, lower-profile mat or 40mm for deeper cushioning on falls and throws.
Each 1m x 1m tile is dual-colour reversible in Red & Blue or Grey & Black, and the edge strips peel away to switch between a straight border and an interlocking puzzle profile. The tiles are light to lift, simple to slot together and quick to lay out or pack away, so they suit a home setup or a full commercial space.
