Materials, Construction and Care

Three main constructions dominate the hand wrap market. Traditional cotton wraps (4.5–5m) are the standard choice for Muay Thai — typically a nylon-cotton blend that gives structure and controlled stretch. Muay Thai Hand Wraps vs Boxing Hand Wraps vs Quick Wraps
