The Sprung 40mm Premium EVA Tatami Mats are built for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, where the floor takes as much punishment as the fighters. The thick 40mm profile spreads the force of throws, takedowns and hard breakfalls across a wider area, taking the sting out of groundwork so you can roll for longer with less wear on your body. A non-slip tatami surface gives the traction you need for scrambles and guard passes.
Each 1m x 1m tile is high-density closed-cell EVA foam, light enough to lift and re-lay yet durable underfoot, and comes in dual-colour reversible Grey & Black or Red & Blue. Peel-off edge strips let you finish a mat area with a straight border or lock tiles together with an interlocking puzzle edge.
