United Kingdom
Standard delivery: £4.99, or free on qualifying orders of £75 or more.
Express delivery: £9.99 where available. Select your preferred service and check its estimated delivery date at checkout.
These rates apply to normal goods. Oversized items, weights and items dispatched separately by a supplier may have different charges and delivery options. Your final delivery charge is shown at checkout.
For Northern Ireland, the Highlands, islands and remote postcodes, enter your full address at checkout to see available services and charges. Channel Islands customers should select Jersey or Guernsey as their destination.
USA
Delivery to the United States is available for eligible items. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see available services, charges and estimated delivery dates.
We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): import duties and taxes are covered, with no additional customs payment on delivery.
To return an order, start with our returns portal and follow the approved return address and shipping instructions before sending anything back.
Europe
Delivery options vary by country, product and parcel weight. Select your country and enter your delivery address at checkout for available services, charges and estimated delivery dates.

Some products cannot be delivered to every destination. Checkout shows the options for your basket.
Rest of world
We deliver to selected international destinations. Select your country in the store's country selector, then enter your delivery address at checkout to see available services, charges and estimated delivery dates.
Availability depends on the destination and items ordered. If your country or a delivery option is not available, contact us before ordering.

Returns & exchanges
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused, unsoiled and in resellable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached. Hygiene exclusions apply; see our refund policy for full terms.
Start your return or exchange in our returns portal. Enter your order number and email address or postcode, select the items, and follow the instructions provided after approval. Use the return address and shipping instructions supplied for your order.
For oversized items or if you need help arranging a return, contact us before sending the item back. Return methods and any applicable charges are provided during the returns process.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status. Once approved, your refund should appear in your account within 5–7 working days. See our refund policy for exchanges, exclusions and full terms.
