Hayashi Karate Gi Size Guide
Hayashi karate uniforms are height-banded — pick the size that matches your standing height. Sizing covers Kids 100cm through Adult 200cm. WKF-approved gis run true to size; non-WKF cotton blends shrink slightly on first wash.

How to measure
- Height — stand barefoot against a wall and measure from floor to crown.
- Between sizes — size up. Cotton karate gis shrink 3 – 5cm on first hot wash; the looser cut allows full mobility for kihon, kata, and kumite.
- WKF approved gis (Air Deluxe, Premium Kumite, Kumite WKF) — cut to competition spec, slightly trimmer through the arms and legs.

Without exception all Karateka participating in the Katamori project were amazed about the final version of this Kata gi.
The pants´ cut with a traditional lace is purposeful inspired by the sensational HAYASHI Yuuga gi in hakama style that we have developed in 2010.
The especially produced material for Kata competitions (13 oz) made of 100% PREWASHED cotton offers not only an extreme freedom of movement due to its nature and the body - optimized HAYASHI cut, but also an expressive SNAP" - effect.
