How to measure
Height — stand barefoot against a wall and measure from floor to crown.
Between sizes — size up. Cotton karate gis shrink 3 – 5cm on first hot wash; the looser cut allows full mobility for kihon, kata, and kumite.
WKF approved gis (Air Deluxe, Premium Kumite, Kumite WKF) — cut to competition spec, slightly trimmer through the arms and legs.
