- Beginners: Start with 14 oz — protects your hands while you build technique and learn correct fist position.

The attached thumb and snug, pre-curved fit make them comfortable straight out of the box.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused, unsoiled and in resellable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached. Hygiene exclusions apply; see our refund policy for full terms.
