TUFF Retro Style shorts use a high-cut Muay Thai silhouette — shorter length and snugger leg openings than the Traditional cut. Measurements below are flat-garment dimensions in inches. Pick by approximate waist; the elasticated waistband flexes for comfort.

How to choose your size
- Waist — measure around your natural waistline and match to the Waist column.
- Retro vs Traditional cut — Retro sits higher on the hip with a narrower leg. If you prefer a longer cut and more flow at the leg, look at the Traditional Shorts size guide instead.
- Between sizes — size up for clinch and kicking volume; size down for a closer fit.
