TUFF Retro Muay Thai Shorts Size Guide
TUFF Retro Style shorts use a high-cut Muay Thai silhouette — shorter length and snugger leg openings than the Traditional cut. Measurements below are flat-garment dimensions in inches. Pick by approximate waist; the elasticated waistband flexes for comfort.
| Size | Waist (in) | Crotch (in) | Length (in) | Leg width (in) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| S | 26 | 13 | 13.5 | 10 |
| M | 28 | 14 | 14 | 11 |
| L | 30 | 15 | 14 | 12 |
| XL | 32 | 15 | 14.5 | 12 |
| XXL | 34 | 15.5 | 15 | 12.5 |
How to choose your size
- Waist — measure around your natural waistline and match to the Waist column.
- Retro vs Traditional cut — Retro sits higher on the hip with a narrower leg. If you prefer a longer cut and more flow at the leg, look at the Traditional Shorts size guide instead.
- Between sizes — size up for clinch and kicking volume; size down for a closer fit.
- Fit note — Retro shorts run shorter and tighter at the leg than gym shorts, by design.
