Scramble compression spats are cut close to the body. Find your weight and height band and cross-check the waist measurement. Size down for a tighter compression feel, stay true to size for normal grappling comfort.
| Size | Weight (kg) | Height (cm) | Waist (in) |
|---|---|---|---|
| XS | 45–60 | 155–165 | 28–30 |
| S | 55–70 | 160–170 | 30–32 |
| M | 70–80 | 170–180 | 32–34 |
| L | 80–90 | 175–185 | 34–36 |
| XL | 90–105 | 180–190 | 36–38 |
| XXL | 100–115 | 185–195 | 38–40 |
How to measure
- Waist — measure around your natural waist where the spats waistband would sit.
- Weight & height — use the band that brackets both — spats are compression-fit so accuracy matters.
- Between sizes — size down for a tighter compression feel, true to size for standard grappling comfort.
