Manto Men's Fight Shorts (Defend, Dragon, Society, Stripe and signature lines) are no-gi grappling and MMA shorts with stretch panels and Velcro-and-drawstring closure, sized XS-XXL by waist. Find matching no-gi kit in the Manto collection.
Fit tip: Manto fight shorts use a flat-waist measurement — measure your natural waist where the shorts will sit (above the hips), not your trouser size which often includes ease. The double-closure (Velcro + drawstring) absorbs a couple of cm; if between sizes, size down for the tighter grappling fit.
| Size | Waist | Approx Trouser Size |

| S | 76-81 cm (30-32 in) | UK 30-32 |
| M | 81-86 cm (32-34 in) | UK 32-34 |
| L | 86-91 cm (34-36 in) | UK 34-36 |
| XL | 91-97 cm (36-38 in) | UK 36-38 |

How to measure
- Waist: Wrap a flexible tape around your natural waistline (just above the hip bones) where the shorts will sit. Keep the tape level.
