The Body-Tec and Club Essentials ringwear lines all share the same XS through X-Large band — pick the size that matches your waist with about an inch of room for the elastic waistband. The drawcord on Pro-Box shorts gives roughly ±1 inch of adjustment inside each size band.

How to measure
- Measure around your natural waistline, just above the hip-bones — keep the tape horizontal and snug.
- Measure over a thin layer of clothing, not bare skin — the shorts sit over your normal training base layer.
- If you're between sizes, size up — boxing shorts are cut for full kicking and pivoting range and a tight waistband restricts hip movement.
- Pro-Box boxing shorts are sold separately from vests — you do not need to match sizes between the two.
