With a dynamic pulley system, the gym allows efficient transitions between exercises with 100 kg at your disposal. Fit for push, pull, lower body and core workouts; the Gym’s three load points allow you to target all key muscle groups from a single weight stack.
Made from solid steel with dense foam padding, the Home Gym provides a comfortable base for your workout. Fitted with a removal preacher station and adjustable back pad, the Gym is fit for all shapes, sizes and exercise regimes.
When placed at each load point, the four removable attachments offer countless exercise variations for tailored and effective workouts. Fitting your strength essentials into a compact footprint, the adidas Home Gym provides all the tools for advanced home training; the rest is up to you.
