The Sprung 20mm PRO Interlocking Rubber Gym Tiles lock together edge to edge for a tight, seamless floor that lays quickly without adhesive. Connection inserts are included, so the tiles stay aligned and locked in place under heavy training. Made from 100% recycled rubber tyres, they absorb the shock of dropped weights and cut noise while protecting the sub-floor.
The interlocking design makes the floor easy to expand, lift and relocate, and the dense 20mm profile gives a stable, non-slip surface for strength work and free-weight zones in home and commercial gyms.
