The Fumetsu fight shorts range covers MMA-cut dual-layer fight shorts, looser training shorts and the women's-fit dual-layer line — Icon, Berserker, Anaconda, Origins, Dragon Slayer, Oni and Ghost MK2. All shorts are sized by waist measurement, from XS through XXL on the men's cut and XS through XL on the women's cut.
Fit tip: Fight shorts run true to waist. If you carry your weight slightly higher than your hips or prefer a looser fit for grappling exchanges, size up. The dual-layer construction stretches in slightly over the first few sessions.
| Size | Waist (in) | Waist (cm) |
|---|---|---|
| XS | 27-28" | 69-71 cm |
| Small | 29-30" | 74-76 cm |
| Medium | 31-32" | 79-81 cm |
| Large | 33-34" | 84-86 cm |
| XL | 35-36" | 89-91 cm |
| XXL | 37-38" | 94-96 cm |
How to measure
- Waist: Around your natural waistline at navel height, with no belt and breathing relaxed.
- Sit test: If you're between sizes and train mostly stand-up Muay Thai, take the lower size for a cleaner kick range; if you train MMA or BJJ, take the upper size for guard play.

Description
Designed for the gym floor as much as the cage, the Fumetsu Icon Dual Layer Training Shorts in Sand bring the brand's 2-in-1 short construction to a multi-purpose training cut with two side pockets. The sand-tone outer keeps the look clean while sublimated artwork sits visible on the inner short.
4-way stretch polyester moves with the body without binding, while the inner compression undershort keeps the fit clean through scrambles and ground transitions. The elasticated waistband with internal drawstring locks everything down for a secure hold.
Main features:
- Fully sublimated, fade-resistant graphics
- 2-in-1 design with inner compression short
- 4-way stretch moisture-wicking polyester
- Two side pockets
- Internal drawstring with elasticated waistband
- Hand-drawn artwork designed in the UK
