Fit tip: Fight shorts run true to waist. If you carry your weight slightly higher than your hips or prefer a looser fit for grappling exchanges, size up. The dual-layer construction stretches in slightly over the first few sessions.

How to measure
- Waist: Around your natural waistline at navel height, with no belt and breathing relaxed.
- Sit test: If you're between sizes and train mostly stand-up Muay Thai, take the lower size for a cleaner kick range; if you train MMA or BJJ, take the upper size for guard play.
