The Fumetsu fight shorts range covers MMA-cut dual-layer fight shorts, looser training shorts and the women's-fit dual-layer line — Icon, Berserker, Anaconda, Origins, Dragon Slayer, Oni and Ghost MK2. All shorts are sized by waist measurement, from XS through XXL on the men's cut and XS through XL on the women's cut.
Fit tip: Fight shorts run true to waist. If you carry your weight slightly higher than your hips or prefer a looser fit for grappling exchanges, size up. The dual-layer construction stretches in slightly over the first few sessions.

How to measure
- Waist: Around your natural waistline at navel height, with no belt and breathing relaxed.
- Sit test: If you're between sizes and train mostly stand-up Muay Thai, take the lower size for a cleaner kick range; if you train MMA or BJJ, take the upper size for guard play.

Built as the entry point to the Fumetsu Origins range, the Origins Dual Layer Shorts in Black give you a 2-in-1 fight shorts build at a price that suits the new no-gi athlete — compression undershort layered under a loose overshort, with 4-way stretch material throughout for unrestricted movement. The all-black colourway pairs with anything in the kit bag.
Whether you're rolling at no-gi BJJ, drilling MMA pad work, or pushing through high-intensity conditioning, these Origins fight shorts are engineered to keep up across disciplines. The polyester outer layer holds up to mat friction and takedown grips, the inner compression short stays flat under the outer for support without bulk, and the elasticated waistband with internal drawstring keeps the shorts secure through scrambles. Hand-drawn artwork designed in the UK, made in Pakistan to Fumetsu's standard build spec. Pairs with the wider Origins range — rash guards, fight shorts and Vale Tudo shorts.

UK delivery: standard £4.99, or free on qualifying orders of £75 or more. Express £9.99 where available. These rates apply to normal goods; oversized items and items shipped separately may have different charges.

Returns & exchanges
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused, unsoiled and in resellable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached. Hygiene exclusions apply; see our refund policy for full terms.
Start your return or exchange in our returns portal. Enter your order number and email address or postcode, select the items, and follow the instructions provided after approval. Use the return address and shipping instructions supplied for your order.
