The Bytomic Defender Adult Sparring Kicks are dipped-foam point-fighter foot pads with a figure-of-8 hook-and-loop strap and interior toe loops. Built for semi-contact Karate, Taekwondo and Kickboxing, they're sized Small to XL by foot length. Find matching protection in the Bytomic collection.
Fit tip: Measure foot length heel-to-toe with the foot flat (not flexed). Measurement A is the foot pad's external length, B is heel width and C is the interior length. If you sit between sizes, go up for a more relaxed fit — the toe loops and figure-of-8 strap will pull the pad snug.
| Size | A (Length) | B (Heel) | C (Interior) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small | 26.5cm | 12cm | 22.5cm |
| Medium | 28.5cm | 12.8cm | 23.5cm |
| Large | 29.5cm | 13cm | 24cm |
| XL | 31cm | 13.7cm | 26cm |
How to measure
- Foot length: Stand barefoot on a flat surface, heel against the wall. Measure from the back of the heel to the longest toe.
