Fit tip: Measure foot length heel-to-toe with the foot flat (not flexed). Measurement A is the foot pad's external length, B is heel width and C is the interior length. If you sit between sizes, go up for a more relaxed fit — the toe loops and figure-of-8 strap will pull the pad snug.

- Foot length: Stand barefoot on a flat surface, heel against the wall. Measure from the back of the heel to the longest toe.
