Elion T-shirts use a unisex cotton cut that runs true to size against standard chest measurements. Pick the size that brackets your chest measurement — if you sit between two sizes, choose the larger for a relaxed training-wear fit.
Fit tip: Elion tees are a relaxed unisex cut — fighters at the lighter end of a weight class can usually size down for a closer fit, while at the heavier end of a class, the standard column applies.
| Size | Chest (cm) | Chest (inches) |
|---|---|---|
| S | 86 – 91 cm | 34 – 36" |
| M | 91 – 97 cm | 36 – 38" |
| L | 97 – 102 cm | 38 – 40" |
| XL | 102 – 107 cm | 40 – 42" |
| XXL | 107 – 117 cm | 42 – 46" |
How to measure
- Chest: measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level under your armpits with arms relaxed at your sides.
- Between sizes: size up for a relaxed casual fit, size down for a closer training fit.
- Cotton shrinkage: Elion tees are 100% cotton — expect roughly 3% shrinkage on the first wash. Wash cold to keep the original cut.
