All shorts are sized by waist measurement, from XS through XXL on the men's cut and XS through XL on the women's cut.
Fit tip: Fight shorts run true to waist. If you carry your weight slightly higher than your hips or prefer a looser fit for grappling exchanges, size up. The dual-layer construction stretches in slightly over the first few sessions.
