How to measure
- Hand circumference: Wrap a soft tape measure around the widest part of your dominant hand, just below the knuckles. Keep your hand flat with fingers together.
- Account for wraps: If you wrap with a full 4-metre Mexican wrap, add roughly 0.5 in to your measurement.
