Fit tip: Waistbands are flexible with roughly +/- 3cm of give in the waist measurement — the fit will still be perfect. If you're between two sizes, favour the waist measurement. For optimal comfort across long pad rounds, Venum recommend choosing the size above your measurement.

How to measure
- Waist: Measure around the natural waistline at the narrowest point, just above the hip bones. Keep the tape level.
- Thigh length: Stand straight and measure from the top of the hip down the side of the leg. MT shorts are short by design — the bottom sits around the middle of the thigh.
