Fit tip: Boxing shoes are designed to fit snugly for ring agility and pivot grip. If you're between two sizes, Venum recommends going up. A boxing shoe that's slightly roomy in the toe-box is better than one that pinches during footwork drills or sparring.

How to measure
- Foot length: Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall. Mark the longest toe and measure the distance from the wall to the mark.
- Width check: Boxing shoes run narrower than everyday trainers. If you have wider feet, consider going up half a size.
- Sock thickness: Measure with the sock thickness you intend to train in for an accurate fit.
