How to choose your tank top size
- Chest — measure around the fullest part of your chest, keep the tape level under the arms.
- Length — measured from the top of the shoulder seam to the hem. Add an inch of personal preference if you train hard and want hem-tuck room.
- Between sizes — size up if you train in heat and want airflow at the body; size down for a tight athletic cut over the chest and waist.
- Fit note — Thai tank-top cut runs slimmer through the body than UK-pattern vests. If you wear a UK Large in high-street tees, take an XL here.
