Fit tip: Top Ten publishes a +/- 1 cm tolerance on every size. Measure shin length from just below the knee to the ankle bone and read across to the closest band. The elasticated stocking accommodates most calf widths within a given length.

How to measure
- Shin length: Stand or sit with the leg bent slightly. Measure from just below the knee down to the ankle bone.
- Top width: Wrap a tape around the upper calf just below the knee for the wider top of the guard.
- Bottom width: Wrap a tape around the lower shin just above the ankle for the tapered bottom of the guard.
