Fit tip: ITF Taekwon-Do uses the same five-size open-hand standard as WAKO Pointfighter. Measure fist width (B) at the widest part of your hand below the knuckles, thumb excluded, and read across to the closest band.

How to measure
- Fist width (B): Wrap a flexible tape around the widest part of your hand just below the knuckles, thumb excluded.
- Glove length (A): Measure from wrist crease to fingertip with the hand flat.
