Ringside Sauna Suit Size Guide
Ringside sauna suits are designed to be worn over base layers for weight-cuts and conditioning work. Pick your size by waist measurement — sauna suits should fit snugly enough to seal heat in but loose enough to allow full range of motion through punching, footwork and shadow boxing.
Fit tip: Buy your normal training-short waist size. The nylon shell is intentionally close-fitting; sizing up reduces the sweat-retention effect that makes a sauna suit work.
| Size | Waist |
|---|---|
| Small | 29" - 30" |
| Medium | 31" - 32" |
| Large | 33" - 34" |
| X-Large | 35" - 36" |
| XX-Large | 36" - 38" |
How to measure
- Waist — wrap a soft tape measure around your waist at the level you'd wear training shorts, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
- Use over a base layer — most fighters wear a thin compression top under a sauna suit to manage chafing. Account for that thickness when sizing.
- Hydrate — sauna suits accelerate fluid loss. Use as part of a managed cut, not for daily training.
