Ringside Head Guard Size Guide
Ringside head guards are sized by head circumference, measured about 1" above your ears. A correctly sized head guard sits snug without sliding when you move and shouldn't impair your peripheral vision.
Fit tip: If you sit between two sizes, go for the smaller one — head guard padding compresses slightly with wear and a loose guard can rotate during punches, exposing the chin or temples. Look for Ringside's adjustable rear strap to dial in the final fit.

How to measure
- Head circumference — wrap a soft tape measure around your head approximately 1" (2.5cm) above your ears, across the middle of your forehead and around the broadest part of the back of your skull.
- Hat size cross-check — if you know your fitted hat size (US sizing), use the right-hand column to confirm.
- Try with hood / wraps — if you train in a hooded base layer or skull cap, measure over the top of those for an accurate fit.
