Progress Rash Guard Size Guide

Progress Jiu Jitsu use the same XS – XXL rashguard chart across their full no-gi top range, including Academy, Academy+, Bengal, Mexicana, Panther, Ranked, Sportif, Steel Camo, Sugar Skull, Unknown Koi/Crane, Eagle and Rolling Tee long-sleeve and short-sleeve options. The Women's Academy+ rashguard uses the same body grading with a slightly tapered cut — pick the same row as you would in the men's chart.

Fit tip: Progress rashguards are competition-cut and fit a little tight by design — this is intentional to stop them riding up while rolling. If you prefer a looser training fit, size up by one. If you're between two weight rows, size down for competition, size up for comfort.

How to measure

  • Body weight: the primary sizing axis. Pick the row that brackets your current rolling weight.
  • Chest: if you want to cross-check, measure around the fullest part of your chest with arms relaxed and tape level. Halve the cm reading to compare against the garment chest column.
  • Length: measure from the top of your shoulder seam down to where you want the hem to sit (typically mid-hip for competition).
  • Between sizes: size down for IBJJF competition fit, size up if you're layering under a gi or prefer movement freedom.
