Pro-Box groin and abdo guards are sized by waist measurement in inches. The Base-Spar PU, Pro-Spar and Champ Spar guards all share the same Small / Medium / Large band — pick the size that puts you in the middle of the adjustable belt's range, not at either extreme.

How to measure
- Measure around your natural waistline, just above the hip-bones — keep the tape horizontal and snug.
- If you're between sizes, size down — a snug belt keeps the cup positioned correctly during footwork.
- The hook-and-loop belt on Pro-Box groin guards gives roughly ±2 inches of adjustment within each size band.
- For boxing, Karate, Kickboxing, MMA, Muay Thai and Taekwondo training — this is a universal abdo-style guard, not a hard cup-style competition guard.
