Pro-Box Classic and Speed-Lite boxing boots are sized to standard UK shoe sizes. The conversion table below covers UK 7 through UK 11 with EU and US Men's equivalents and approximate foot length. Boxing boots should fit close around the ankle for support but allow your toes to splay naturally during footwork.
| UK Size | EU Size | US Men's | Foot Length |
|---|---|---|---|
| UK 7 | EU 41 | US 8 | 26.0 cm (10.2") |
| UK 8 | EU 42 | US 9 | 26.7 cm (10.5") |
| UK 9 | EU 43 | US 10 | 27.5 cm (10.8") |
| UK 10 | EU 44 | US 11 | 28.3 cm (11.1") |
| UK 11 | EU 45 | US 12 | 29.0 cm (11.4") |
How to measure
- Stand on a sheet of paper and trace around your foot — measure heel to longest toe in centimetres. Do this with bodyweight on the foot.
- Wear the same socks you'll train in — thicker boxing socks add roughly 2–3 mm.
- If you're between sizes, size up — feet swell during training and a too-tight boot causes blisters at the heel.
- Boxing boots are ankle-high — lace them firmly through every eyelet, not just the top, so the ankle stays supported through pivots.
