Fit tip: Manto rashguards run snug — they're designed as compression-fit no-gi tops. If you sit at the upper edge of a chest measurement, size up for a more relaxed feel; if you sit at the lower edge, the elastane recovery gives you a tight competition fit at your true size. Manto is known to fit slightly tighter than Venum or Hayabusa at the same nominal size.

How to measure
- Chest: Wrap a flexible tape around the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
- Height: Stand against a wall in flat shoes (or barefoot) and measure floor to crown of head.
