Kingz Mens Grappling Shorts Size Guide
Find your size below. These are garment measurements for Kingz men's grappling and hybrid shorts — measure a similar pair of shorts you own flat across the waistband and inseam, and match against the chart. Suggested weight is a guide; waist measurement is more accurate.

How to measure
- Waistband (A) — measure across the flat front of a relaxed pair of shorts at the waistband, then double for the full circumference. Compare to your natural waist (not your jeans size — grappling shorts sit lower).
- Length (B) — measure from the top of the waistband straight down to the bottom hem at the side seam. Kingz hybrid shorts sit just above the knee on a typical-build athlete.
- Leg opening (C) — measured flat across the hem. Useful if you train with shin guards or have larger quads — the leg opening accommodates wider thighs.
- Between sizes — size up. The polyester-spandex blend has limited stretch and a tight waist will be uncomfortable in live rolls.
