Hayashi Shin & Instep Guard Size Guide
Hayashi WKF-approved shin and instep guards are sized XS to XXL by shin length. Measure from the centre of your kneecap to the top of your foot and match the size band.

How to measure
- Shin length — sit with your knee bent at 90° and measure from the centre of your kneecap to the top of your foot.
- Between sizes — size up for full coverage over the ankle bone; the WKF-approved guard should sit just below the knee.
