Hayashi Karate Mitts Size Guide
Hayashi Tsuki WKF-approved karate mitts are sized S to XL by hand circumference. Measure around the widest part of your hand below the knuckles, excluding the thumb.

How to measure
- Hand circumference — wrap a tape measure around the widest part of your hand below the knuckles, excluding the thumb.
- Between sizes — size up; the foam-padded mitt sits over the closed fist and should not restrict finger movement.
