Hayashi chest guards are body-sized XS to XL. Measure your chest circumference at the widest point and pick the matching size.

How to measure
- Chest circumference — wrap a tape measure around the widest part of your chest, keeping it level.
- Between sizes — size up for full coverage when worn over a karate gi top.
