Fit tip: A training MMA glove should feel snug across the knuckles with enough room to fist-clinch without pinch. If you're between two sizes, pick the smaller for a tighter wrap fit, the larger for room to layer over thicker hand wraps.
How to measure
- Palm circumference: Make a flat fist (no wraps) and measure around the knuckles, just above the thumb.
