The Fumetsu Ghost Thai shin/instep guards are sized to the leg shape of Muay Thai athletes — trim cut, closer to the calf, instep wraps included. Use the chart below to match your shin length and calf circumference to the right Ghost size.
Fit tip: Ghost Thai guards are designed to sit snug for clinch and pad work. If you're between two sizes, the smaller size gives better lock-up; the larger gives more room for thicker shin pads underneath.
How to measure
- Shin length: From the bottom of the knee cap to the top of the ankle joint.
- Calf circumference: Around the widest point of your calf in training shorts.
