Fairtex BJJ Gi Size Guide
Fairtex BJJ Gis use the standard adult A0–A3 sizing convention. The measurements below are flat-garment dimensions in inches. Pick by height first, then check chest and waist — a Gi that's too short will ride up during rolls, and one that's too loose will be easy to grip.
Jacket
| Size | Chest (in) | Jacket length (in) | Sleeve (in) |
|---|---|---|---|
| A0 | 22 | 31 | 28 |
| A1 | 23 | 32 | 28 |
| A2 | 24 | 33 | 29 |
| A3 | 26 | 35 | 30.5 |
Pants
| Size | Waist (in) | Pant length (in) | Inseam (in) |
|---|---|---|---|
| A0 | 20 | 37 | 29 |
| A1 | 20.5 | 38 | 30 |
| A2 | 21.5 | 40 | 30.5 |
| A3 | 23 | 41.5 | 31 |
How to measure
- Chest — measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms, keeping the tape level.
- Waist — measure around your natural waistline.
- Sleeve length — from the centre back of the neck, over the shoulder, down to the wrist with the arm slightly bent.
- Pant inseam — from the crotch seam down to the floor.
- Quick rule — if you're between sizes, the larger size is usually safer for BJJ because Gis shrink slightly after the first few washes.
