Century sparring kicks and dipped-foam boots are sized by adult clothing size (S - XL) which maps to standard UK shoe brackets. They run snug for a controlled feel during point-sparring and continuous kickboxing.
Fit tip: sparring kicks should fit firmly across the bridge of the foot without pinching toes. Wear thin socks (or no socks) for the cleanest fit.

How to choose
