How to measure
- Shin length: sit with knee bent at roughly 90 degrees; measure from the bottom of the kneecap straight down to the top of the ankle bone.
- Instep: the foot pocket scales with the shin length — a correctly sized guard will rest the strap across the arch comfortably.
