Century cloth and dipped-foam shin guards are sized by shin length — the distance from the bottom of the kneecap to the ankle bone with the knee bent at 90 degrees.
Fit tip: A correctly sized shin guard covers the full shin without restricting knee bend or sliding down on impact.

How to measure
- Shin length: sit with knee bent at roughly 90 degrees; measure from the bottom of the kneecap straight down to the top of the ankle bone.
- Between sizes: size up for fuller coverage on kicks; size down for a tighter fit under uniform pants.
