Century headgear is sized by head circumference. Measure around the largest part of your head — usually about an inch above the eyebrows and ears — and pick the size that brackets your measurement.
Fit tip: Headgear should sit firmly without slipping or pinching. A correctly sized guard moves with you and won't shift on impact.

How to measure
- Head circumference: wrap a soft tape measure around the largest part of your head, about an inch above the eyebrows and ears, keeping it level.
- Between sizes: Century headgear shells can adjust slightly via internal padding — size down if the next size up feels loose at the chin or cheeks.
