Fit tip: Wrap a flexible tape measure around the waist where the guard will sit, keeping the tape snug but not tight. If you fall between two sizes, choose the larger — the elasticated waistband absorbs a few centimetres of slack with no impact on protection.

How to measure
- Waist: Wrap a flexible tape measure around the natural waistline where the guard will sit, just above the hip bones. Read the measurement in inches and match to the closest band.
