Fit tip: Measurement A is forearm circumference at the widest point, B is upper-arm circumference and C is sleeve length. If you sit between two sizes the elasticated stretch gives roughly +/- 1 cm — sizing down keeps the pad snug against quick elbow strikes.

- Forearm circumference: Wrap a flexible tape around the forearm just below the elbow joint.
- Upper-arm circumference: Wrap the tape around the upper arm just above the elbow joint.
