Fit tip: Use a flexible tape measure around the widest part of your head — just above the eyebrows and ears. Bytomic's dipped-foam shells stretch a few millimetres once warm; if you sit between two sizes, the rear hook-and-loop strap and interior drawstring will pull the next size up snug.

How to measure
- Head circumference (A): Wrap a flexible tape measure horizontally around the widest part of your head — just above the eyebrows and ears.
- Upper head (B): Note the snug distance from the crown of the head down to the rear strap.
