Fit tip: Use a flexible tape measure around the widest part of your head — typically just above the eyebrows and ears. Measurement A is head circumference; measurement B is the upper-head distance where the guard's crown sits. If you sit between two sizes, take the larger for the looser dipped-foam stretch.

How to measure
- Head circumference (A): Wrap a flexible tape measure horizontally around the widest part of your head — just above the eyebrows and ears. Keep the tape snug but not compressed.
- Upper head (B): Note the snug distance from the crown of the head down to where the rear strap will close.
